Hectic

Mom keeps telling me that there's so much left to be done but I still can't point them out. Ok, some of the stuff in my 'To-Do' list still has to be accomplished but that's all I can think of..

I ACTUALLY took the time and calculated the days left to my departure...

26 DAYS!!!!

*cries* I don't wanna go so soon! What have I done with ALL THAT FREE TIME!?!?!

Tomorrow is going to be Last Minute Shopping and Wardrobe Cleaning DAY!!! At least I won't have to buy a ricecooker since my mom's friend is gonna give me one as a fareell present~

Even my friends in the UK and Ireland are already awaiting my arrival and checking on me. My parents call me Blessed bacause God has been with me EVERY step of the way. I really did feel HIS presence with me, especially for these two years!

If it weren't for Him, I think I would already be suffering from a nervous breakdown and won't even come close to Medical School.

I was bored...

Ok, here I was writing some piece of fiction. Yes, I write...

I kind of got bored and my eyes were tired so I took a break. Mom came into the room and aksed me to list down the things I have to bring and do when I'm at the Uni office tomorrow, so I listed them down...

After doing so, my hands started to move on its own...

First, I drew a flower. Then I drew another different flower. After that, I redrew flower 2 and added leaves and a stem and a sun shining down on it..

Since what I was writing was fiction, I thought maybe I should make a rough 'illustration' of my character so I started to scribble.. I don't know. when I scribble things, they look nice. But when I redraw them properly (as in no scribbling involved) they look hideous. So I scribbled my character. Many MANY rough lines and I DID NOT redraw properly, just took a pic.

Decided to enlist my aunt in Singapore's help to purchase it first since it's cheaper (no/lower tax) there. Dad would be going over on 16/9 for a fish show and come back with my aunt on 18/9. She wants to send me off ^^

I feel so satisfied today~ Why you ask? Well, for several reasons..

1. I started cleaning my room^^
Imagine, I just brought down more that 5kg of paper to be recycled. That's just from my bed and desk. There are still tonnes of paper hiding around in my room. I guess I'm just doing my major part to help save the environment.. That's 1.5 years (and maybe more) worth of recyclable junk. Still loads to go though.. There are still no changes in the appearace of my room since I only cleaned the hidden parts (ie: inside drawers, under bed). I'm taking it a step at a time. Maybe I'll start vacuuming the dusty parts tomorrow.

2. Many buried treasures found
Not really found, more of remembered. Since I do know where I put them and all.. What kind of treasures? Well, various. Story books, CDs (originals), stationery, games, etc. That's all I uncovered so far. I plan on giving my books, games and such to charity since they need them more than I do.

3. I hope to earn lots of money!!
Well, definitely less than what I spent but at least I get the money NOW, as in the PRESENT. I have tonnes of original CDs that I don't want anymore so I plan on selling them online. Yeap! I just have to work my way to get a PayPal account first. I also have loads of Japanese Mags that I have already read. I couldn't just throw them away since I paid good money for them and there are people (yes, I have my ways and sources) that are willing to buy past issues^^ I also have many A-Levels textbooks to sell~

4. My first actual cooking experience was a success!!
Believe it or not, Joanna can cook!! A girl has gotta survive on her own. I made Cabbage Rolls. Pork, mixed with various veges wrapped in cabbage and steamed. Well, I simmered. Same difference. It was so YUMMY~!!! I wanted to take a picture as proof but the family dug in too quickly. It was kind of a spontaneous thing. It was like suddenly at 5pm, I decided that I wanted to make them. Cooking is fun^^ Maybe I'll raid the cookbook for something else next time.
