About Me

It takes one to know one.. At first glance, a fierce-looking, depressing, anti-social person that slouches. Few glances later (maybe add a few conversations too), still depressing but not that anti-social, gila and fun at times.. (PS: member of GiLa-GiLa PpL InC. and ASS Club)

I'm seriously *blank*
Have not done ANYTHING productive for ages.

Study? Ahah! It being 'nostalgic' explains enough..

Ok, the only thing I did was complete my part of the HBS assignment. Even that's not worth to counter the amount of time I've wasted.

Start studying now? Oh man! Where do I start? *cries in corner*

Tsukareta..

Sundays are usually the most tiring, yet satisfying of days. Just came back from lunch, which started at 4pm =S

Well, church ended a little later than usual today and it usually takes almost an hour to get to the city centre by bus. Was full though! <-- That's the satisfying part.

Now, I don't have to eat dinner! (I usually don't on Sundays due to the satisfaction ^^)

International Night Dance

Sam was initially suppose to do the Kadazan Dance. There were problems with the timing and integration so she decided to scrap it and join the Chinese Dance. Used several nights to choreograph some of the dance moves.

Then IT happened.

The Kadazan Dance was back on! So Sam and May went to dance the Kadazan dance with their Kadazan Gang. At least I managed to find enough members for me KungFu Gang!!!

We had loads of fun. Sure, it was tiring. Serene had bruises on her knee that made it look as if I abused her =S

On the big day itself, we had loads of fun! No stress at all! (not that I know of =P)
It was such a great and memorable night! To show you how fun it was, check out my FB page =P

Good job to everybody who made this night possible. It was a really rushed 3 weeks, but it all paid off. I'm really proud of each and every one of us. I mean, people would be amazed too, when they hear the background story of how we managed to pull this off within such a short time frame!

LOVES!!!

Mada Ikiteimasu!!

I'm still alive! After not updating for almost a month!

Many things happened during my absence on blogger. The one thing I truly regret is, that I have not done ANY studying ever since I came back from CMF (during CNY).

So I came back from CMF and celebrated Chinese New Year. Went dinner and unexpected karaoke with a whole bunch of us! Sichuan Restaurant. Need I say more on how SPICY the food was? It was like, chopsticks on one hand and tissue on the other. The only sounds we heard beside small talk was nose sniffling and those hissing sounds people make when the food is really spicy. Kept on refilling tea too!

It came!

The International Night Recruitment Email by none other but our dear VP2, Murni, who was the Project Manager in charge. I replied, saying that I'm willing to dance and that I'm willing to HELP with MODIFYING or ADDING any of the choreography if I'm needed.

The next day, I met Murni who said:

"Hi Joanna! Can you help choreograph the Chinese Dance?"

"Eh?"

"Can ar?"

"But I said I can help modif-"

"But nobody has come up to me saying that they can choreograph Chinese Dance. And you know right, Chinese Dance is one of the MAIN dances to add in Malaysia?"

"Yea, but what about the other dances? Got choreographers adi ka?"

"Got already. Only Chinese Dance. We're gonna have a meeting tonight. If you can, can you come?"

"SWT!! Okay, I'll see what I can do"

.....

Soon that night was the first International Night Meeting. Meeting between the director, project manager, president, vice presidents, choreographers, props manager, etc.

Director: So, who's the choreographer for the Chinese Dance?

Evelyn: Joanna can do it!

Me: O.o!!

So it was decided! Joanna is the Chinese Dance choreographer!!!
